Automatic three-dimensional CNC pipe bending machine series

  • This machine adopts PLC control, plus numerical control module, human-machine interface dialogue, simple and easy program setting.
  • Freely selectable manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, slow bending, slow core extraction function; feeding (Y), corner (B) for servo control, bending (C) for hydraulic drive or servo drive.
  • Program setting, each gear can set 20 automatic feeding, automatic corner and 20 bending angle, can be memorized storage of 100 sets of files.
  • In the process of mobile controller on the touch screen display feeding, corner, bend pipe processing values, and also sets the single clutch execution action, semi-cycle operation, and full cycle.
  • With automatic error and fault detection function, when there is any abnormal action or any danger exists then the machine will immediately stop to send an alarm, display the cause of the failure to help the operator troubleshoot.
